Situated in the Main Street just down from the Victoria Hotel, The Glen Bakery is a short stroll to restaurants, cafes, hotels and other facilities. The solid brick art deco building has polished floor boards, ornate plaster features and ducted gas heating and evaporative cooling.
The house has four bedrooms with configurations to suit families. There are two living areas, the smaller living area has a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and central bathroom. The separate bakehouse building has two additional bathrooms, one with a full size spa bath, as well as two additional toilets. A central courtyard has an outdoor setting and barbecue facilities. All linen and towels are provided.
As Rutherglen has many great cycling tracks, The Glen Bakery provide eight bikes for guests use. Rear access with off street parking is available from Murray Street. The house is let as a whole and is ideal for groups. Wedding groups welcome.
