The ambience is average, but I guess you could say it's as good as any other 'pub'and it depends on what you're looking for. The staff are nice enough, and it's a nice place to go to if you're just looking for a reasonably quiet place to socialise with some friends. The drink prices are not too bad either. The toilets are not great in that there aren't many so if it's busy in there you might struggle a bit. But otherwise it's a decent bar and does the job.
